I want to verbally talk with you and schedule you your appointment through the phone, it’s way faster this way for me.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me 24 hours or more. My cancellation policy states:
Prime Time Massage’s Cancellation/Late policy
At Prime Time Massage, I am here to provide therapeutic massage for all my clients. I understand that unexpected events will occasionally happen. Life can get busy. The scheduled appointments are reserved specifically for clients and in order for me to keep my practice in business I must implement this cancellation policy.
Cancellations/No Show:
If a client cancels an appointment for the first time within 24 hours of their appointment, the client will be charged 50% for the session. Prime Time Massage will charge 100% for any future cancelled appointments within 24 hours. If Prime Time Massage can rebook the appointment then the cancellation fee will be waived.
Prime Time Massage WILL NOT be able to accept clients that have outstanding balances until the amount is paid prior their next scheduled appointment.
Exceptions will be made if there is a death in the family, or any other emergency relating to the need of hospital help. Client must show written copy of hospital visit. Thank you.
Arriving Late:
Please make a conscience effort to be on time or early to your appointment. You are responsible for your “full” session. The scheduled time is designated for you just as the next client has theirs. The therapist will regulate whether to end the session on time due to following appointments or give you your full time.
Out of courtesy for your therapist and other clients, please plan be accountable for yourself and be on time. Thank you.
